Why my purchase didn’t go through?

When an order doesn’t go through when you try the payment checkout, the reasons may be:

  • The card you are using is lacking funds: charge your card with a sufficient amount to complete the purchase.
  • The card you are using doesn’t accept international transactions: contact your bank to ask for assistance.

In any of these conditions occur, your order placement will be stopped and the quotation will be visible in the “Quotation” page of your personal area. 

Once you solve the issue with your payment method, go to the “Quotation” page of your personal area, click on the order you wish to complete and pay from there to conclude your purchase.
