How can I change my Wellness+ payment method?


If you have enabled the AutoRenew function on your Wellness+, the system automatically proceeds to the payment of the necessary amount by following the list of payment methods you previously set in your account on the shop.helohealth.com.

1. Log into shop.helohealth.com.
2. Click on the User Icon on the top right of the home page and select “My Account” on the drop-down menu. 


3. Click on “Subscription” on your account page.


4. Click on the active Subscription you wish to modify on your Subscription page.


5. Click on the “Manage Payment Method” button on the top left of the Active Subscription page.


6. In the pop-up window, you can both add and delete payment methods:


If you choose to delete a payment method: 
Click on the “Delete” button next to it.

If you choose to add a new payment method:  
1. Click on “Save Payment Method”.
2. Fill up all the card information fields and click on the “Save Card” button at the bottom.

Please note:

This payment method update will not affect the payment method you set in the User Details.
