Watch Lite SE measures your Breath Rate automatically and continuously.

To manually measure your Breath Rate on your Watch Lite SE:

Go to the Health page to find Breath Rate. Click on it.
The measurement will automatically start. Please keep the watch sensor close to your skin with the screen face up.
The Breath Rate will display on the screen.
