Every order you make on the HeloHealth Shop will appear in the personal area of your HeloHealth Shop account. From there, you can check the status of each order.
- Log into shop.helohealth.com.
- Click on the User Icon on the top right of the home page and select “My Account” on the drop-down menu. Here you will find, under the “Documents” title, a list of tabs that represents some objects of your activity:
- Quotations: orders payment not completed. Please read this tutorial if you are experiencing issues with the completion of your orders.
- Sales orders: completed orders.
- Invoices & Bills: completed order bills.
- Tickets: your conversations with the Support Team.
- Subscriptions: everything you need to manage your Subscription.
