If you refuse a delivery from the Helo Store, the items will be returned to the warehouse. 

Please note that in the event you refuse the shipment upon its arrival, the amount to be refunded to you will be decreased by the reshipment costs billed to the Company by the courier. Furthermore, there is the possibility that the refund amount may also be reduced by applicable taxes. Additionally, please be aware that processing times for your refund request could be prolonged because, in some cases, we must wait for the courier to invoice us for these reshipment costs and taxes.
