To set the pin:

1. Log into your NutraLife App and go in Settings > Security.

2. Create your App pin by typing in a 4 number digit.

3. Type again the same pin to confirm.

4. A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter it in the “Verify your email” page to proceed.

5. Your pin is successfully set. It will be requested every time you will access your NutraLife app.

To change the pin:

1. Log into your NutraLife App and go in Settings > Security.

2. Type in your current pin.

3. Type in your new pin.

4. Type again the same pin to confirm.

5. A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter it in the “Verify your email” page to proceed.

6. Your pin is successfully changed.

To remove your pin:

1. Log into your NutraLife App and go in Settings > Security.

2. Click on the switch button on top of the Security page to turn your pin on and off.

3. Type in your current pin to confirm.

To recover your pin:

1. Log into your NutraLife App and go in Settings > Security.

2. Click on “I forgot the pin”.

3. A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter it in the “Verify your email” page to proceed.

4. Type in your new pin.

5. Type again the same pin to confirm.

6. A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter it in the “Verify your email” page to proceed.

7. Your pin is successfully set.

Please note: When you set your pin, It will be requested every time you will access your NutraLife app. You have 3 tries, if you fail all 3, you have to wait 5 minutes before trying again.
