To set your Guardian feature:

1. Log into your Smart App and go to the "Device" page. Click on Guardian.
2. Fill in all the fields with your personal information and set your preferred alerts and notifications. When done, click on “Apply”.

When receiving a Guardian alert, the red light on BioSense's touch button will blink for 10 seconds. To see the values connected to the Guardian Alerts open the App.

1. Log into the App and go to the “Data” page.
2. Scroll to “GUARDIAN NOTIFICATION”. Tap on it to check the list of Guardian alerts.

To receive the Guardian Alerts on your phone screen, we suggest activating push notifications on your smartphone. 

To activate push notification on iOS:

1. Go in Settings.
2. Scroll down to the App and tap on it to open the app settings.
3. Click on Notifications. 
4. Allow Notifications and choose the type of alert you want to display on the screen.

To activate push notification on Android:

1. Go in Settings.
2. Click on Apps.
3. Click on App management and select the App.
4. Click on Manage notifications. 
5. Allow Notifications and choose the type of alert you want to display on the screen.

When an alert arrives, just click on the notification. It will redirect to the App.

Guardian alerts can be received also after a manual measurement if your values are out of range. The red LED will blink for 10 seconds. Open the App or phone messages to check Guardian Alerts.
