When receiving a Guardian alert, the red light on BioSense's touch button will blink for 10 seconds, then stop. To see the Guardian Alerts, open the Helo App:

1. Log into the App and go to the “Data” page.
2. Scroll to “GUARDIAN NOTIFICATION”. Tap on it to check the list of Guardian alerts.

When an alert arrives, just click on the notification. It will redirect to the App.
