In order to obtain a correct synchronisation, please follow the advices below:

• The app must be open/active in the background, and the phone's Bluetooth must be active; otherwise, automatic synchronization will not occur.
• It is recommended to always perform at least 2 manual synchronizations during the day (morning and night).

For Android users: Background sync will work best if your phone's "Pause app activity if not unused” setting is disabled.
