What are the statuses of the orders?


Every order you make on the HeloHealth Shop will appear in the personal area of your HeloHealth Shop account. From there, you can check the status of each order.

  1. Log into shop.helohealth.com.
  2. Click on the User Icon on the top right of the home page and select “My Account” on the drop-down menu. Here you will find, under the “Documents” title, a list of tabs that represents some objects of your activity:
  • Quotations: orders payment not completed. Please read this tutorial if you are experiencing issues with the completion of your orders.
  • Sales orders: completed orders.
  • Invoices & Bills: completed order bills.
  •  Tickets: your conversations with the Support Team.
  •  Subscriptions: everything you need to manage your Subscription.

You can access the section Tickets and Sales orders also using the shortcut under the header menu Help.
