Watch Lite SE uniquely combines a wearable device’s convenience with continuous monitoring of body temperatureBlood Pressure, and many other health and fitness parameters. The health functions will help you keep an eye on your well-being.

These are the Health Functions you’ll find in your Watch Lite SE:

Heart Rate

Your App displays your average, lowest and highest heart rates.

Energy

Your energy levels and disposition are based on your Heart Rate Variability (HRV).

Stress level

Monitors your energy and mood.

Breath Rate (BR)

Wearing a LifeWatch every day allows you to have a seamless and continuous monitor that records and analyzes resting and exercising Breath Rates.

Body Temperature

A temperature sensor to help detect potential signs of illness (Watch Lite SE).

Sleep

Scientific Assessment of Sleep Quality Analysis and Rem Sleep.

Blood Pressure (BP)

Monitors your blood pressure anywhere, anytime.

Atrial Fibrillation (AFib)

In addition to detecting AFib, using AI, your LifeWatch is also capable of detecting five other types of arrhythmias.

SpO2

Tracks your average oxygen saturation level.
